Staff, requested room location & type assigned.Slime in parking lot from drain of the pool, I slipped and fell.Good business hotel and seemed family friendly, staff was very helpful, maintenance men were very good, all staff except owner very friendly! Saw owner several times and she never spoke or asked about my fall.

It was very conveniently located near an event we attended.Breakfast was not diabetic friendly. Room smelled musty.The hotel is lovely and the rooms are nicely furnished and appointed. This hotel was clean, had friendly staff, and we loved the pool and hot tub area.We did not find anything we did not like.I would love to come back and stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were nice and the desk clerk was friendly.The fact that it did not have a microwave in room.Over all I would give the hotel a 4 and a half star.

The room really was clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets actively smelled great.A little hard to find. Back away from the road and not in plain sight. Elevators.Baymont Inn and Suites at Alexandria met all of my expectations. I would definitely stay again.

Roomy bathroom.Rude clerk at check-in.Most staff was helpful. Although the bathroom was rather large, the rest of the room was somewhat cramped. The beds were a little too firm. When I turned back my bed, there was debris on the sheets. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.
