Hair embedded in linens.

Fast check-in, free hassle, free wireless internet, proximity to the MSY airport.
The room was hot, even though it was late December. I couldn't cool it off.
The hotel was clean and safe. The check in was very fast. The free wireless internet was a good surprise and hassle-free to set up. The proximity to the MSY airport was great.

Comfortable bed and having a small refrigerator and microwave was convenient.
No complimentary continental breakfast, local calls are 75 cents, and the tub was clogged.
Overall we would stay again. Maintenance did come to unclog the bathtub but it still was a drained slowly. They have the sleep comfort beds although one of the beds didn't work. Convenient to a mall, highway, etc.

Great room with sleep number air mattresses. Shuttle was an efficient way to get to the airport and parking was free.
